We bill the card on file for the Pro plan ($4.99/wk or $19.99/mo, whichever cadence you picked) and your subscription continues without interruption. If you want to stay on the full Elite tier instead, switch from your account page anytime — before or after day 8.
Can I cancel anytime? What about refunds?+
Yes. Cancel from your account page with one click — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (you keep access through what you already paid for). Cancel before day 8 of the trial and you're never charged at all. For refund requests on a billed period, email hello@thinktickle.com and we'll review case-by-case.
What does ThinkTickle actually do?+
We organize real-time market signals — pattern formations, unusual options activity, catalyst-driven price action — into one research view so you can see why a setup is forming before it moves. Every signal is graded publicly the next trading day at /scorecard. We're a data and analytics product, not a registered investment adviser — your trades are your own decisions.
Which brokers can I connect?+
Tastytrade and Charles Schwab. Connect from /settings/broker — we use the broker's official OAuth flow. Your refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest with a per-environment key. Broker integration is included in the Elite tier and during the 7-day trial.
How is the public scorecard computed?+
Every signal that fires is written to disk at the moment it fires and sealed with a SHA-256 content hash, so the record can't be edited after the fact. The next trading day, the scorecard pulls the day's price data and reports: how high the symbol traded after the signal, whether it closed above entry, and the rolling win rate. The methodology disclosure on /scorecard explains every column.
Is my trading data private?+
Your watchlists, alerts, broker tokens, and any per-user activity stay tied to your account in Firestore. We don't sell or share per-user data. Aggregate platform statistics (e.g. the scorecard signal-fire timestamps) are public by design — those are the engine's public record, not yours. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Pro covers the live scanner, smart alerts, full chart workspace (raindrop bars, anchored VWAP, drawing tools), options flow, and the daily scorecard.
